Single-Origin • Fire-Roasted on Land • Legacy Medicine

In the mist-covered highlands of northwestern Ecuador, within the lush canton of Puerto Quito, a sacred lineage of ancestral Cacao is lovingly preserved by its stewards: Francisco, María, and their children David and Francisca. Together, they uphold the legacy of ASOANE, an association founded by their grandparents with a vision to cultivate cacao as living medicine through regenerative agroforestry.

Grandmother Cacao grows in biodiverse forest systems where native trees, birds, and tropical rain work in harmony. It is spiritually activated as a family, invoking the presence of the Grandfather Fire, whose flame accompanies not only the fermentation and roasting process, but the energetic awakening of the bean.

2🔥 A Ritual in Every Batch

AYA 🌺 Pacha Cacao is the only cacao that arrives to the laboratory already roasted and peeled, thanks to the family’s masterful handling. Post-harvest, it undergoes a slow and intentional fermentation that unlocks its multi-layered aromatic profile.

This is not simply a cacao of flavor—it is a cacao of vibration, of spirit and precision, offered as a gift of devotion from those who understand its soul.
